彼得·巴克（Peter Barker），英国画家。1954年出生于牛津郡的班伯里镇。主要使用油画颜料作画，偶尔也会使用粉彩和水彩。
他曾参加过粉彩协会、皇家油画画家协会以及皇家海洋艺术家协会的展览。2015年，他当选为皇家海洋艺术家协会的正式成员。在这些重要的年度展览中，他获得了三项奖项：2006年获得粉彩协会的弗兰克·赫林奖；2009年获得皇家油画画家协会的拉内拉赫新闻奖和斯坦利·格林姆奖。
